Tattoo Artist Application

The Tattoo room at 2D Con is a private room with space for 4 individual tattoo artists.

  • Booth Size: 10×10
  • Cost: $500 – We cover applicable licensing fees for your guest artist application
  • Applications open: January 1st, 2026
  • Applications close: May 1th, 2026
  • Acceptances sent: June 1st, 2026
  • Payment due: June 15th, 2026
  • Flash Sheets Due: July 15th, 2026
  • MN Guest Artist Application: July 15th, 2026

Rules

  • You must be available to tattoo for all hours that the tattoo room is open.
  • You may choose to be available for hours outside of the posted times.
  • We request that each approved artist provides a copy of the flash sheets that they intend to have for marketing and promotional purposes.
  • Tattoo artists are no longer allowed to sell outside of their individual booth space. If you are interested in selling artwork please apply for an artist table.
  • Artists must be fully set up prior to the health inspection on Thursday August 20, 2026.
  • Flash art must be at least 50% gaming themed.
