Cover Minnesota’s Largest Gaming Event
Are you interested in covering 2D Con for your publication? We have limited press badges available that will be approved on a case-by-case basis.
Press badges are intended for members of the media from recognized outlets that meet our criteria. We specifically look for the following:
- Recognized local or national news organization.
- Independent contractor with content published on an established publication.
- Active social media profiles with large post reach and regularly posted content over the last year.
- Involvement in the gaming or entertainment industry.
Press badges do not provide preferential treatment and guest interview requests must be approved by 2D Con staff. Photographers and videographers from approved outlets must receive a photographer badge from the 2D Con media team.
Filling out the application does not guarantee press credentials.

2D Con is a video gaming and tabletop gaming event. Our attendees are gamers from all walks of life with a shared passion.
